Dump Semi Trailer Structure:

Frame:The frame is a frame structure composed of longitudinal beams,cross beams and side beams.The longitudinal beams are made of 16Mn or Q345 low-alloy high-quality steel plates and processed into "I"-shaped beams by automatic submerged arc welding;the beams are made of 16Mn Or Q235 steel plate is pressed into a groove shape;the side beam is a hot-rolled ordinary channel steel or a corresponding specification of 16Mn or Q235 plate bending parts.

Carriage:The container board adopts a three-sided structure consisting of a side container board and a rear container board.The rear container board can be opened flexibly and conveniently.The side beams of the frame are welded with rope hooks to secure the cargo and the rain cover.The floor of the carriage is usually laid with 3mm thick steel plate.The carriage can be loaded with large cargos.

Suspension:The suspension device of the dump semi trailer adopts a non-independent steel plate stamped rigid suspension (optional air suspension),which is made of tandem leaf springs and suspension;it has strong rigidity and hardness to support load and buffer shock.
